Shipping Policy

KnoYoBoE orders begin production within 72 hours of ordering. In some cases, there may be delays beyond our control. If for some reason the production delay is more than 7 days, we will email you with options.

Once production is completed, you order will be shipped. You will receive a tracking number via the email/cell number that was provided at check out.

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Return Policy

KnoYoBoE is a made-to-order company. Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizes. Please be sure to contact knoyoboe@gmail.com before purchasing, should you have any questions.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! However, KnoYoBoE will accept returns on items that are damaged upon arrival. You will receive a credit for shipping costs incurred once your item is returned.
