1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of KnoYoBoE’s services, including but not limited to our website, apparel, accessories, and essential oils, constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

KnoYoBoE’s services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of KnoYoBoE.

Orders begin production within 72 hours of ordering. In some cases, there may be delays beyond our control. If for some reason the production delay is more than 7 days, we will email you with options.

Once production is completed, your order will be shipped. You will receive a tracking number via the email/cell number that was provided at checkout.

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

KnoYoBoE is a made-to-order company. Therefore, we can only accept exchanges due to incorrect size and color. Your revised size or color will be shipped once the original item is received.

 

KnoYoBoE will accept returns on items that are damaged upon arrival. You will receive a credit for shipping costs once your item is returned.

Please review your mailing address before submitting your order. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer assumes responsibility for reshipment.
